Demolition and disposal of the existing house with a new two-storey house build. We also added a swimming pool and landscaping to the surrounds with solar heating and an outdoor shower area. Bifold doors out to the alfresco area embrace the new swimming pool area.

Ramps were added to improve access to the house.

The contemporary galley kitchen and butler’s pantry are easily accessible from the garage. The house consists of four bedrooms, a media room, a study nook, and two and a half bathrooms.
