Michael (Mick) Lance – Director
Mick is a positive and decisive leader, driven by one thing: the successful delivery of your projects. His formal qualifications as a Carpenter and Licensed builder, combined with 18+ years experience in the construction industry give him the skills to lead this dynamic team of professionals.
Mick has established contacts, strong industry relationships and the know-how to exceed your expectations, every time. His passion lies in finding the best solution for your construction project.
Tom Wentworth – Lead Project Manager
Tom has an open and collaborative style when interacting with his team and clients alike.
He is there to lead and support his project team’s as well as ensuring the highest level of service to the customer.
His 15+ years industry experience including coordinating major building works with MKM Developments and RSL NSW is applied to our projects to successfully deliver yours.
Stephen McDonald – Lead Site Supervisor
As an Australian Army Veteran Steve was the natural choice for Build4U to oversee the daily onsite operations.
With 15+ years construction experience Steve has a skillful ability to drive performance in subcontractors and staff.

Rebecca (Bek) Lance – Administration Manager

With 25+ years administration experience, Rebecca continues to broaden her knowledge in key areas and is currently completing a Masters in Business Law.

With 25+ years administration experience, of which many have been in the construction industry. Lisa is well versed in different areas of administration.

Build4U completed the Lobby renovation at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort in 2019. The Resort was on a strict timeframe and we found the Build4U team operationally efficient and very easy to get along with.
